Who ?
flamingsquirrel is the web presence of Andy Beer. I'm a creative developer living in sunny Torquay in the UK.
I have a passion for anything design-related but spend most of my time as a front end designer and developer. I have been working in the design industry for 11 years and have been lucky enough to work with some brilliant local, national and international brands who have pushed me to create some award winning work!
Current Status
I'm currently focusing my time on emerging web and mobile technologies – html 5, css 3, responsive web design, layout and design for mobile interfaces.
I am also building a html framework for use on desktop and browsers. I am also working on a secret personal project which involves some fun Illustrations.
Why Flaming Squirrel?
Back in 2005 I worked mostly from home. My morning distraction was to feed the local Squirrels – it kept me sane until the whole Squirrel clan was camped on my doorstep and thus 'Flaming Squirrel' was muttered.
